Hartree Centre Commercial Beneficiary Outcomes Report

​We commissioned independent research to track and explore the outcomes and benefits that our commercial customers have experienced from working with us on their research and innovation projects.This work aimed to capture data and evidence to help us further understand the value the Hartree Centre contributes to the organisations that we collaborate with, as well as to the wider economy and society.

Client surveys and interviews form a key part of our ongoing programme of monitoring and evaluation to support continuous improvement. The key findings from this report are based on 31% of past user organisations engaging in commercial projects completed up to the end of January 2021). Individual responses to the survey remain confidential (quotes included are pre-approved), so we have prepared an aggregated public version of the report and an infographic to highlight the key findings.
