Are you looking for potential technological solutions to over data challenges?  Aimed at those who have working knowledge of omics data or foundational knowledge of AI with omics, looking to upskill their technological knowledge for their work, this Learner level course provides a hands-on guide to how AI can be used to ease the pressure of large and complex omics datasets.

• explore potential further capabilities of AI tools with omics data – including applications

Pre-requisites:

• Basic knowledge of omics data (you may wish to look at our Beginners Guide to Using AI for Omics Data course)
• Basic knowledge of Python  (you may wish to look at our Beginner’s Guide to Programming in Python course)
• Basic knowledge of how to use a Jupyter notebook.
