Michael
Gleaves – Deputy Director
Michael
joined the Hartree Centre at its creation in 2013 as a business development manager. Prior
to working for the Hartree Centre, Michael was project lead for data and
metadata capture systems for STFC’s large facilities and held positions in areas
of research, development and sales at Unilever and Dionex. As
Deputy Director Michael’s role is to lead the commercial strategy of the Centre overseeing the
work of the business development and impact and engagement teams to continue
building on the industrial engagement to deliver Hartree's mission to transform
UK competitiveness.
Rick
Anderson – Head of Chemistry and Materials Programme
Rick
joined the Hartree Centre in 2013, to build the centre’s chemistry
and materials programme in collaboration with industry and academia. Rick
brings 10 years of experience of industry focussed modelling and
simulation in the chemistry, materials and formulation sectors. Rick’s role is to coordinate Hartree Centre
research towards the development of an integrated data analytics and modelling
and simulation platform, capable of addressing a wide variety of chemical
and materials problems with world-class scale and accuracy.
