Summary: The applications of High
Performance Computing (HPC) for industry range from modelling complex material to advanced tools in data analytics. The Hartree
Centre is the home to a variety of specialist systems and HPC platforms spread across three
machine rooms. Access to our platforms is available through funded support
schemes such as LCR4.0 and Bridging for Innovators (B4I) which can give direct access to the facilities or
supported access via our teams of specialists who can help port your applications to HPC environments. The event will be held in partnership with the EU H2020 COMPAT project and will feature several Hartree partners including speakers from Atos, ARM and IBM to describe how HPC can be embraced in your business. Delegates will be able to engage with industry and HPC specialists in a workshop environment to
answer questions and provide support.
Please note the event workshop will start at 14.30 with a networking opportunity and refreshments for delegates served at 14.00.
